Paul is the founder, CEO and Coach of The Paul Lott Real Estate Team. He leads a high performance real estate team (top 1%) in the Delaware Valley and Philadelphia Region. He and his team specialize in high-touch residential sales with expert seller and buyer representation. Paul is also very experienced with investment properties, relocation services, and short sales. Paul joined Keller Williams in July 2006 after a successful corporate career in sales, marketing and business development. His passion has always been real estate, having grown up in State College, and he is a successful real estate investor, who enjoys buying, holding, improving and flipping properties. Paul is a leader and owner in the Brandywine Valley Keller Williams Market Center. Since 2007, he has qualified for and served on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC), which is Keller Williams’ brokerage management model. This selection is based on leadership within the market center, team revenue, and demonstrating Keller Williams cultural values. In 2008, Paul was nominated and accepted an appointment to the International Agent Leadership Council representing Keller Williams’ Greater Pennsylvania Region (PA, NJ, DE, OH). In addition to his leadership and coaching responsibilities, Paul teaches a variety of real estate courses including listing management, buyer representation, lead generation, traditional and web-based marketing, and business planning. Paul owns a variety of rental properties in the Philadelphia suburbs that produce an above average overall rate of return. Dawn Mollichella, Buyer Specialist, was born and raised in Delaware County and has been a West Chester resident for 9 years. She has used her knowledge of the Delaware Valley and her passion for her work and her clients to successfully assist buyers in finding their perfect homes. “As the real estate market changes, I believe it’s crucial to stay active and educated on market trends to help my clients navigate what has been some challenging times in real estate.” To that end, Dawn has obtained her Accredited Buyer’s Representative certification (ABR) and her Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource certification (SFR).
